Rusmet Group of Companies was founded in 1997 by a group of market professionals on the basis of Moscow State of Steel and Alloys (technological university). From the very beginning Rusmet gained confidence among Russian metallurgical, mining, oil, and construction markets operators.

In November 2009 “Intellectual resources” company which is a part of Rusmet Group held the Russian National Exhibition and Business Forum in Chicago, IL. This large event was ordered by The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia for promotion of Russian business, industry, and science in the U.S. and strengthening business relations between the two countries.
